Phase III Environmental Assessment
If the results of the Phase II assessment indicate that hazardous chemicals are present, ESI’s agreements with leading environmental remediation firms allows ESI to follow through from site characterization into remedial investigation, design and construction. In the event subsequent technical services are required, ESI will coordinate the selection of the most appropriate remediation firm and will remain involved in the progress of the project as long as necessary to ensure the smooth transition of services.
